anyway finally went to the dentist at nus yesterday cause its apparently cheaper for students. wah damn booked man like i booked on tues, fri MORNING then got slot. or is it the case for every dentist? if thats the case then i should have become a dentist le. hmm. not really lah. haha, thats just the inner wallet of me speaking. not my heart :)
yah! Dental clinics should provide morning wake up call service for first patient of the day! its like my appointment is at 0930. who wakes up at 0930 when they are holiday-ing? NOBODY hahaha. i set my alarm at 0745 but overslept till 0830. had to chiong manz, just brushed my teeth and rushed out of the house. no breakfast :(
hahaha and on the train to nus, there was this two women who were at the entrance of the carriage and they were too lazy to move their ass out when ppl needed to exit (cause the train was rather packed) WHILE the ever so nice ss politely moved out and back in everytime the train docked at the station. so you know me, being non-judgemental and all, was plugged into my ipod looking around, then i saw this indian dude behind me shaking his head at the the girls. LOL. quite funny to see a Judgement-In-Progress.
so back to dentist. yah so i was late by abt 10 mins. im sorry :/ but according to the dentist my teeth was alright so just had scaling and polishing done.
i nearly drowned on my saliva though cause i was afraid to swallow my saliva and the suction thingy wasnt placed at the correct site or i was salivating like a dog. haha
oh and the dr used a salt thingy thing (haha sorry i dun know what to call it) for polishing my teeth and it was like a sand storm man. all the specks of salt (NOT MY SALIVA haha) flying EVERYWHERE. eeyer
oh and either i was very sleepy or the treatment chair is damn comfy but i was like yawning on it before the dentist came over. zzz
so dental checkup completed and i paid 50 dollars for it. but before i left the receptionist gave me 'de-brief. like how you have to brush your teeth in a Circular vibrating motion. i tried last night but i) my mouth is not that big for the circular motion and ii) how are you supposed to vibrate your toothbrush!? haha
oh and when the lady asked how often i flossed, i replied once a week and her eyes just BULGED. lol. apparently you are supposed to floss DAILY. my goodness that would mean less fb-ing man :( haha

moving on to the second part of the (yester)day!
so after my checkup i went to frontier aka nus science canteen for brunch and tau-pau-ed lunch for my mom. and then it was the hour long ride back home in 197.
after delivering the lunch special, i was off to orchard! haha. was thinking of taking a nap before setting off but GOT TRANSFER! haha so i only spent 41 cents for the journey to orchard :)
my original intention was just to get an analogue watch for my clinicals cause though i have like digital watches at home, i cant use digital watch to time myself while counting someone's pulse rate. its like looking at the seconds will screw up my count :/
yah lah, excuse to buy new watch too. haha but seriously, i dun wear watch one so it is NOT an excuse to get a new watch!
so i started at ion, nearly bought a dark green chinos pants from uniqlo but LUCKILY no correct size otherwise i will really feel guilty about spending so much money. hmmm but ive got no green pants....
anyway, then i proceeded to isetan, where i saw this pair of handsome business shoes on offer. like from 169.9 --> 79.9. thats like close to half off lehs. haha so i bought it. EH not anyhow buy k, cause my previous pair is from bata and you know what ppl say abt bata shoes. Buy-And-Throw-Away. B-A-T-A. haha ok lah, but the new shoes is like dark brown while the bata shoe is black so can wear both :)
my toes just wiggled in anticipation of wearing it on mon. lol
ok long story short i bought a swatch watch for 82 dollars
but not after checking out the swatch outlet at tangs, taka and heeren.
and finally, a dark brown GENUINE leather belt from uniqlo for 29.9 cause my dark brown NON-GENUINE leather belt that i bought from gio-bloody-darno cui-ed after just a year
yup so went to dbs at plaza sing to change my bank book cause the my first ever bank book finally reached the end of its pages.
tired tired tired man. haha
oh before i end off, they raised the height of orchard road!
a bit weird right, cause wun the water now pool at the pavement instead? and the pavement is like just beside the shopping centres leh. hmmmmm
