Handwriting

you know what they say about doctor's handwriting? that they are not really handwriting but calligraphy? haha true and false.

like of course its simply not feasible to write illegibly during your exams cause by Darwin's Theories of Evolution you will not survive and be eliminated from the race.

other than that, as long as you write something you yourself are able to decipher then its good enough. i mean, no one will ask you for your notes so all the better, all the good things are for yourself. assuming someone actually asks for your notes lah. cause no one asks for mine cause 1) they will be asking for a migraine trying to decipher my handwriting or 2)my not-so-insightful notes are not worth the effort and pain or 3) ive got no notes at all. as in really din take down notes. not have notes but selfish dun share. seriously. im very friendly onez k haha

anyway, was inspired to blog about this topic cause i saw one such fb photo which had multiple pens and highlighters of various colours AND DAMN CHIO handwriting. lol

so here goes several levels of my handwriting

first level is the encoding/storage stage where i write legibly so that i can remember and store the knowledge into my brain.
note: i say legibly and NOT beautifully. so i know my handwriting though legible is fugly. hahaha sorry im not anal k. dun need everything to be swee swee, heart instead of the dot above the i etc etc. its practical and NON-PRETENTIOUS to have un-nice handwriting lol

thats not to say ppl with nice handwritings are pretentious. so pls dun misunderstand! i like looking at nice handwritings. lol very pretty and readable.

second level is when im retrieiving the info like when im trying to recall

still rather legible cause i need to see and check if i recalled correctly.
oh yah, dun try to hard to decipher k, im not going to be responsible if you start experiencing a migraine or go into violent seizures hahahaha

and third stage is when im trying to recall again, but really just verbal diarrhea ie trial run letting the info flow out. erm. dun really have to read to see if ive missed anything cause too late for further encoding haha

yes its still in english if you are wondering. haha

anyway, its really cool cause i actually finished using one notebook for scribbling during my revision! :D

hmm i think this break may not be mug-free after all cause i might have to start reading up for my next phase of skills training which starts next week. siggghhh

PS: i noticed that my handwriting/calligraphy is really really ugly here. er its not THAT ugly k. haha partly due to my 2.0 mp hp camera k. so must account for that too.
